Enterprise Account Manager (Regions Chicago, New York, Atlanta)

 

Brief Description:

We are seeking an energetic, innovative leader with proven excellence in developing new business by targeting, prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new clients in an early stage software company. You'll join our relationship-driven team and take charge of developing detailed sales/marketing plans and maximizing sales opportunities to drive results and inspire productivity and teamwork. You will rely on your experience and good judgment to proactively build and exponentially grow accounts and drive year-over-year growth in line with the revenue goals. Aggressive compensation and equity available to qualified candidates.

You thrive in an independent mode but also value collaboration. In addition, you have the following attributes: 

  • Deep understanding of the business and technical contexts in key accounts

  • Ability to build consultative relationships and establish trust

  • Extensive relationships with CDO’s(Data) and CRO’s(Risk and Compliance) in the market

  • Innovative vision and foresight to create new opportunities in new clients

  • Proven experience in working with partners to build joint opportunities


Responsibilities: 

You will develop and execute a strategic and comprehensive business plan for your territory, including identifying target prospects, reaching key decision makers through extensive prospecting and mapping the benefits of Privacera solutions to their business requirements. You will strive to understand the customer’s organizational structure and work to achieve alignment. You will take full responsibility for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and regulate the implementation of agreed account and business plans. Furthermore, you’ll proactively engage partners with the goal of finding joint opportunities to close business together. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 

  • Develop detailed sales/marketing plans and sales forecasts

  • Manage time and work flow and create effective call plans

  • Monitor competition and respond immediately and appropriately

  • Build an exhaustive network and generate prolific referrals


Qualifications: 

  • 10+ years of successful enterprise software sales

  • A proven track record of over-quota achievement

  • Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment

  • Proven experience in an early stage software company(under $25m)

  • Sales Experience with Big Data, Security, Enterprise Application Integration, Database, Analytics or Business Intelligence software concepts and products preferred

  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background
