Office Manager/ Administrator

Energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Responsibilities:

·         Point person for all office matters - includes building management and maintenance, office policies and procedures, security (card keys), support of staff, supplies and refreshments.

·         Organize and schedule meetings and appointments as requested from staff 

·         Partner with HR to maintain office policies and orientation of new staff

·         Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and similar

·         Provide general support to visitors

·         Manage travel desk with our travel platform

·         Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events

·         Ensure filing systems are maintained and secure

·         Monitor and identify further support requirements as the company grows

·         Maintain a safe and secure working environment

Requirements:

·         Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience

·         Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures

·         Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

·         Attention to detail and problem solving skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong organizational and planning skills

·         Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
