More About You:
Degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of software development experience.
3+ years in software engineering management role.
Proven strong hands-on experience architecting/developing/operating solutions built on AWS.
Good understanding of various languages, stacks, platforms and technologies (AWS, Node.js, Nest.js, React.js, iOS, Android).
Experience building reliable, scalable cloud products using best practices.
Experience recruiting and retaining talented engineering teams.
Experience with Agile best practices.
Ability to learn new systems and technologies very quickly.
Strong organizational skills, communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and keep projects on schedule.

What You’ll Do:
Lead, manage and mentor a small but growing top talent full-stack engineering team across mobile, web, and backend platforms.
Own, oversee, and delegate the design, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and delivery of software applications, systems, platforms, services or technologies.
Understand technical architectures, tooling needs, automation plans, product launch plans, and other issues and create comprehensive plans/roadmaps for prioritizing technical and resourcing challenges.
Collaborate with product team leadership to define roadmaps, ensure readiness of roadmap initiatives and manage their timely delivery to meet business goals.
Align engineering activities and projects with company goals and objectives.
Recruit and retain engineering talent by coaching engineers, empowering engineers through delegation and creating an environment that fosters engineers’ personal and professional growth.
Provide expert software/technology guidance and support to the rest of the company.

Competitive compensation, consisting of an salary range of $150,000-$180,000 (depending on experience)
