You’re a creative, operationally-oriented individual who is highly organized, eager to support, and ambitious to contribute to the organization’s Sales department. This person will lead all hotel and catering group sales efforts across all Gravity Haus locations, including but not limited to weddings, corporate retreats, hotel buyouts, third party booking relations, and all large hotel and restaurant bookings across the Gravity Haus hotel portfolio.  This person will have a strong appreciation for and commitment to the outdoors, sustainability, and their own personal growth.

More About You:


  • You’ve had 2 or more  years of hotel, sales or guest experience

  • You are proficient with Google Drive, MS office applications and Adobe

  • You have experience with Hubspot preferred (or similar cloud-based CRM application) 

  • You self-manage your time

  • You have knowledge of the outdoor industry and a background or passion in executing and selling culinary, recreation and wellness-based experiences to your clients. 

  • You’re familiar with resort markets, seasonality, and mountain communities. 


What You’ll Do:


  • Provide an unprecedented level of service and sales expertise via phone, email and in-person interactions.

  • Respond to all room requests inside of 24 hours with thorough and thoughtful responses.

  • Immerse in discovery, build relationships, generate quotes, communicate internally cross-department, and ultimately generate sales

  • Report on hotel reservation sales revenue targets and results monthly and quarterly

  • Track call abandonment, conversion and call times

  • Communicate effectively with properties and ensure high level of detail for guest satisfaction

  • Adhere to proven sales processes while introducing new sales tactics.

  • Create relationships with return guests, travel agents, international and domestic leisure buyers, international and domestic incentive buyers, and the U.S. Travel Association, among others.

  • Work creatively and strategically to grow the transient sector of Gravity Haus, Inc. with the Director of Revenue Management and Group Sales Manager

  • Assist all properties in achieving room revenue 

  • Attend one joinme per month

  • Attend revenue management meetings for each hotel.  

  • Maintain and update all opportunities through the Gravity Haus’s CRM.

  • Follow company standards to maintain high-quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.

This role comes with a high degree of flexibility, with the ability to work from any location but being based in Colorado is preferred. However, given the nature of the role, you’ll be expected to visit properties regularly to connect with team members and ensure they are feeling supported, assess service quality and engagement levels, and execute training.
