The Gravity Haus Digital Community Manager is a digital leader when it comes to representing Gravity Haus, our family of brands, and building engagement with our membership across all social media, 3rd party review websites, and within the Gravity Haus App. This person is the ultimate advocate for the Gravity Haus family of brands.


This role is bigger than posting content on Instagram and responding to comments on Tripadvisor. The Digital Community Manager collaborates cross-functionally with membership sales, events + experiences, partnerships and all our operating businesses (restaurants, coffee shops, gear shop, gyms) to translate business objectives into a digital content calendar and engagement strategy that generates excitement, engagement and business results.


This person will work closely with the Director of Content & Digital Marketing to develop the content calendar for all Gravity Haus brands including but not limited to Dryland Fitness + Spa, Haus Quiver, Unravel, Cabin Juice, and Slope Room, coordinate the collection/production of assets needed to execute the plan, and will research/define new ways to engage the Gravity Haus community across the digital landscape.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily plan for all Gravity Haus brands across all social channels in coordination with the overall marketing calendar and seed the conversation with our key messages.

  • Lead the development and aggregation of content needed to execute on the planned content calendar on a quarterly basis

  • Develop and own the businesses’ live social media strategy IG, Facebook, TikTok, etc

  • Deliver regular reports with comprehensive metrics and actionable insights to optimize content performance and future campaigns

  • Stay on top of social culture, surfacing trends to share with the wider team; stay informed on the latest platform best practices

  • Solicit organic content from the Gravity Haus community to share/amplify the voice of our members/customers.

  • Schedule and execute all promotional and member-facing messaging within social, in-app and community-facing channels.

  • Seed and manage the conversation within the private Gravity Haus member Facebook group.

  • Respond to all customer reviews across all 3rd party websites (Yelp, TripAdvisor, Open Table, etc), collaborating with all operating business managers.

  • Update 3rd party platforms for all GH businesses: new photography, update hours and business information

  • Manage responses for all member service related questions via email, web, app and social channels.

  • Day-to-day management of strategic community-facing features within the Gravity Haus App; contribute to the big picture success of Join-Me, Haus Quiver, and the GH App.

  • Identify new conversation streams in existing and new channels, and participate on behalf of the brand to build awareness and create engagement.

  • Coordinate with all 3rd party influencers, journalists and creators to maximize the benefit and engagement with all outside content.


Job Requirements

  • Combination graphic design, communications and social media experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Expert level understanding of social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok

  • Experienced in creating and producing reels, IGTV snippets and top quality in-feed Instagram posts

  • Excellent communication skills. Must excel at storytelling through digital media.

  • Photography skills are a bonus.

  • Flexibility to adjust schedules and plans to accommodate changing business needs.

  • Aptitude to learn new tools.

  • Ability to travel between Gravity Haus locations to collect content.

  • Desire to learn something new everyday

  • Ability to interact productively will all levels of the organization

  • Pursues work with energy and drive.

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to be agile in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently, take the initiative and drives results in cross-functional environment
