TapRm is actively seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated individual to assist in the growth and development of the B2B Distribution Division. The B2B Operations Manager will be expected to seamlessly flex between Purchase Order creation, Sales Order & Sales Invoice creation, and Inventory & Warehouse Logistics. We are looking for hard-working individuals who are motivated by learning and growth opportunities with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time role; compensation will be commensurate on experience with excellent benefits available, including healthcare.

  • Coordinate with TapRm Marketplace team to receive and create all inbound Purchase Orders into Quickbooks Commerce/TradeGecko

  • Product creation and Uploading for Incoming Brands

  • Freight Management for Incoming Products

  • Accurately creating and maintaining incoming sales orders from remote sales team

  • Onboarding and maintaining information of existing accounts

  • Reporting daily sales numbers, as well as maintaining spreadsheets regarding delivery information, discounts, preorders, etc. 

  • Quickly responding to sales inquiries (by email and phone) with the highest level of customer service 

  • Providing support for remote sales representatives regarding account information, inventory information, and delivery information

  • Optimally routing orders for delivery drivers using Routific software

  • Create and Organize sales invoices for daily deliveries 

  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with Operations team to maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock levels

  • Warehouse Management: Assist Operations team with maintaining receiving schedules, general management, special projects, and general upkeep

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)

  • 1-3 years of Operations Management or warehouse experience

  • Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented

  • Highest level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong sense of urgency with proven ability to multitask

  • Proficient in Google suite 

  • Experience using inventory software

  • Capacity to lift 100+ lbs

COVID 19 Policy

Beginning December 27, 2021, in compliance with state and local mandates, TapRm will require all employees to receive at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine to be present at an in-person New York City workplace (which include our warehouses and office spaces) with other co-workers. A negative COVID-19 test will not be an alternative option for the vaccine.
