B2B MARKETING + GRAPHIC DESIGN COORDINATOR

Based in Frisco, TX

The Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator will work closely with the stakeholders externally and internally across the company and LED lighting industry to provide sales support in creating and implementing marketing initiatives, product campaigns and event coordination.

Well versed and passionate about marketing, the candidate should be a marketing generalist who will leverage internal and external resources to execute impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will support our website and digital marketing initiatives, assisting in the daily execution of a variety of search engine optimization (SEO), SEM and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising tasksThis position reports to the Director of Marketing.

 Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Graphic Design: Create and contribute to the visual design and content of multiple projects including, but not limited to, specification sheets, installation instructions, packaging, new product imagery, advertising, printed collateral, website, webinars, and presentation decks –consistent with branding and voice.
  • Social Media: Assist in supporting the day-to-day social strategy for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to grow product and brand awareness, followers, and engagement.
  • Email Campaigns: Responsible for creating and sending marketing emails from the company for launches of new products, special events, company news, and sales.
  • Website Management and Maintenance: Edit and assist in design aspects of company website as needed; updating content, adding new products, creating graphics, editing videos, print/digital advertising, etc.
  • Reporting + Analytics: Implement and monitor website traffic and users, provide regular reporting on website, social media and email campaign engagement and performance. Provide insights to leadership and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Communication: Copywrite and deliver internal and external communications to our team, channels of customers and industry to positively impact the team and external brand image, communicate the messages of the company, and drive sales
  • Events + Travel: Assist in coordinating team and client facing events, product trainings, conferences, tradeshows, conferences, etc. Occasional domestic travel (1-3 times per year) may be necessary to sufficiently execute such directives.

Skills and experience needed:

  • Interpersonal skills- interacts positively with team and clients.
  • Copywriting, communication, and presentation skills - able to develop a compelling story.
  • Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
  • Well organized, with ability to multi-task, think outside of the box, and pay attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated problem-solver with ability to prioritize projects/tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design, web marketing, social media, email marketing
  • Software Proficiencies Needed:
    • Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint
    • Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, Premier Pro
    • Wordpress experience, Javascript, PHP, web development knowledge a plus.
    • 3D rendering/animation abilities a plus.
  • Able to lift and move up 30 lbs. required.
  • Comfortable with climbing a ladder occasionally (to aim lighting) a plus.

Experience And Education

  • 3+years’ experience in marketing, graphic design.
  • Proven experience in the implementation and execution of web and social media strategies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or lighting industry is a plus.
