MORE ABOUT YOU 

You will be the core source to educate our community on RV insurance and help them purchase the right coverages to meet their needs. You will advocate internally to influence our product decisions, roadmap, and help us ensure that we provide the best experience possible. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be one of the frontline heroes for our adventurous community.

Daily Activities:

  • Sell various insurance products to customers over the phone and via email.

  • Cross-sell insurance products (Auto, Home, RV, Motorcycle, Commercial)

  • Service your book of business to develop long-lasting relationships with our customers

  • Work schedule: 9 am-6 pm M-F 

  • As the voice of the Outdoorsy brand, you will help build up our reputation with your insatiable and addictively friendly personality

Requirements:

  • Current TX Property & Casualty Agent License

  • Prior experience in quoting and selling multiple insurance carriers and products (i.e Auto, Home, RV, and Motorcycle)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Efficiency and organization when handling a variety of daily tasks

  • Flexibility to take on new responsibilities within the role as needed; experience in a start-up environment preferred

  • Ability to perform at a high level and manage stress and workload

  • Strong commitment to results

  • A passion for sales and a personality that thrives in a fast-paced environment is highly recommended
