Responsibilities:
- Provide a great customer experience to our customers
- Build rapport and listen to customers to identify plans that have the highest likelihood of collections
- Take inbound calls, make outbound calls via dialer and respond to emails
- Work with customers to set up payment arrangements or same day payments
- Work with Debt Consolidators and customers to negotiate settlement payments on accounts
- Meet compliance and quality related expectations
- Other collection related duties
Requirements:
- Have strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Have 1-3 years of first party collections experience
- Have experience working in a performance driven environment with integrity
- Want your experience to impact a growing organization
- Attention to detail
- Can work independently
- Must have quiet dedicated workspace with no distractions
- Once out of Training, can work 11:30- 8pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and 9:30-6 on Monday and Friday.
- Can be available for Training 8am-4:30pm for 3-4 weeks
