JOB SUMMARY:

NinjaHoldings is seeking a detail-oriented, positive, and hard-working Contracts and Administrative Support Specialist to join the Legal Department, reporting directly to the Senior Corporate Counsel. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the company’s contract repository up-to-date, playing a key intermediary role between business relationship owners and in-house counsel, and managing additional administrative projects as needed. This role will collaborate and interface with other departments, providing support in particular to the rapidly growing NinjaEdge™ business line. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a growing legal department within a well-capitalized fintechp. While our corporate office is located in downtown Chicago, this position has the potential to be fully remote or hybrid.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for ensuring contracts repository remains up-to-date and complete
  • Responsible for contract request intake management, and contract execution and administration
  • Review with internal business relationship owners upcoming contract expirations, renewals, and other milestones
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all related company policies and procedures
  • Related projects as needed, including consumer complaints management and monthly reporting, and overseeing the company’s internal credit dispute and identity theft claim management
  • Additional administrative support as needed


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum, with at least 2-3 years of related experience and/or training (paralegal training preferred but not required)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and cloud-based software generally
  • Resilient with a sense of humor; self-motivated and intellectually curious
  • Logical thinker and attentive to detail; good communicator; keen sense of personal responsibility; utmost confidentiality when handling sensitive data and information
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend consequences of various situations and making appropriate individual(s) aware
  • Desire to improve processes and maximize efficiency


NICE TO HAVE:

  • Familiarity and personal interest in B2B financial services/fintech space
  • Comfortable developing and delivering presentations to small and large audiences
  • Submission of a cover letter is strongly encouraged but not required
