NinjaCard, a lending centric neobank offering, includes a full suite of digital financial products aimed at the 167 million everyday Americans who are largely ignored by mainstream banks and remain underserved by FinTech challengers. The NinjaCard card and mobile app, anchored around credit, leverages the Company’s data science and compliance competencies and provide a single-stop digital finance solution for everyday Americans. NinjaCard offers purpose-built credit products (line of credit, credit card, personal loans, payroll advance);checking and savings accounts; investing, budgeting, and advice tools; and a marketplace for additional products such as insurance and auto loans.

NinjaHoldings is seeking a highly motivated professional with a long track record of success to lead our NinjaCard division. This P&L Lead will play a pivotal role in the future of our company. The P&L Lead will be responsible for the vision and development of our NinjaCard product while bringing the customer into the Ninja ecosystem. You’ll be managing the Strategy & Operations team, collaborating with the engineers and developers, marketing and support teams such as finance and legal, as well as providing the overall vision for the product roadmap. 


  • Define and drive product vision and strategy
  • Execute consistently, rapidly, and effectively to deliver on the product vision
  • Drive innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action
  • Own the product roadmap
  • Gather data and make decisions based on trends and analytics
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer/consumer impact
  • Understand the user experience and design
  • Drive product analytics to understand feature usage, comprehension, and optimization
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to continually improve the product
  • Develop and maintain a yearly business plan that includes programs for improving the
  • profitability of the company
  • Remain up to date with market conditions, changes in products, changes in price levels, terms, discounts, allowances and promotions. Adapt strategy to changing conditions
  • Lead thinking on developing an edge over competition. Monitor competitive activity and ensure appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented
  • Support the marketing activity of the company, provide ideas, present concepts, be creative, and provide information and a support structure for agreed upon plans


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy development and execution, as well as change management
  • Proven work experience preferably in the financial services sector (FinTech) or consumer technology
  • Customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating that into the product development process
  • Successfully implemented data-driven processes to turn a vision into an actionable roadmap
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Analytical mind & results driven approach to quality and productivity
  • Well versed in modern tools and methodologies of process improvement and project management abilities; experience in leading multiple large projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
