CreditNinja is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. You will work closely with the Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Compliance and Risk teams. You will be responsible for defining and driving projects that impact our key business drivers and you'll have the opportunity to shape how we achieve our strategic goals.



  • Manage the delivery of product roadmap projects driving CreditNinja’s growthCapture product problems and brainstorm possible solutions using a range of inputs such as product metrics and customer support
  • Coordinate with cross-functional groups to design innovative product features (Risk, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Design, etc.)
  • Develop and demonstrate understanding and experience in product management, specifically in managing the delivery of mobile experiences
  • Understand the voice of the customer and help drive product and product design decisions around customer experience
  • Lead meetings with key stakeholders, manage the delivery of product initiatives and report upon their success
  • Write technical specs, user stories and work with technical stakeholders to prioritize and implement features
  • Effectively communicate project updates to all stakeholders in an approachable and easy to understand manner
  • Evaluate results of delivered projects using company KPIs
  • Mentor Product Managers on the team



  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
  •  6-9 years of work experience including prior experience in a product management role (technology platform preferred)
  •  Prior knowledge and experience in launching mobile apps
  •  Experience leveraging user research and data to inform product direction and design
  •  Strong ability to communicate complex problems
  • Strong written and verbal skills     
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable in a flexible and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Basic SQL experience required, advanced SQL preferred
  • Experience in the financial services industry a plus
