JOB SUMMARY:

NinjaHoldings is seeking an experienced Head of TA to help us rapidly grow and effectively manage our team.  We are looking for someone to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring to fill all positions. To be successful in this role, you should have a good working knowledge of financial technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

        Shape NinjaHoldings future by identifying and managing top talent in the financial technology industry

        Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; review job descriptions for vacancies

        Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications

        Provide advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates

        Facilitate contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace

        Establish best practices for recruiting strategies to seek and track high potential candidates

        Build and maintain a library of job requirements and descriptions for all positions

        Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs

        Perform other related duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS:

        5+ years’ experience working in technical Recruiting

        Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates

        Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred

        Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills

        Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

        Strong written and verbal skills

        Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
