JOB SUMMARY:

This is a highly visible, critical role at CreditNinja supporting our fastest growing products. The person in this role will bring strong project management and superb relationship management skills to keep our partnerships with banks and card processors running smoothly and continue to add features. The Strategy Associate, Bank Products will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help meet our strategic goals and continue to grow these products at a fast pace.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

        Serve as the day to day lead on all aspects of our bank partner products

        Coordinate internal and external resources to problem solve and address any needs which may arise with our partners

        Working with key stakeholders, execute strategic vision for our bank partner products including the development of new features and markets

        Interact with our developers and developers at partner organizations to provide business rules and assist with completion

        Interact with parties at the bank and our debit card processor for the day to day operation of products

 

REQUIREMENTS:

        Bachelor’s degree

        3+ years working in a similar strategic or business development role at a start-up or fast paced company. Financial services and/or experience with debit/credit cards a plus

        Superb analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

        Strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with executives and critical partners

        Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Powerpoint and Excel
