CreditNinja is seeking a self-motivated, intellectually curious finance professional to assist in all FP&A, capital markets, and accounting-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly operational reporting used to drive decision making in executive management meetings
  • Drive budgetary planning processes and monitoring, including creation and maintenance of product models
  • Provide analytical and financial support to functional departments including Operations, Product, and Technology
  • Provide support of Capital Markets activities, including all corporate funding and liquidity activities of the company. This includes participating in the structuring, negotiation, review of legal documents and execution of revolving warehouse facilities, private financings and securitizations

  • In general, serve as direct support to the CFO, helping him navigate and analyze the hyper-growth nature of the company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other business-related/quantitative fields of study
  • 1-3 years at a top investment bank, strategy consulting firm, “Big Four” accounting firm, or graduate of a Fortune 500 financial rotational program
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, follow through to completion, and present conclusions of analysis to senior management in an organized and thoughtful manner
  • Experience working with specialty finance or FinTech a plus
  • Experience with SQL a plus
