THE FIELD Technician is responsible for troubling shooting, implementing and supporting the technology systems of clients. Duties and Responsibilities: · Support virtualization products including VMware, SCALE and HyperV · Troubleshoot, support and manage client applications and Microsoft operating systems · Support and manage Microsoft Exchange 2010, 2013 and 2016 environments · Support and manage Microsoft 365 environments · Working knowledge of TCP/IP · Active directory in 2012, 2016 and 2019 environments · Other duties as assigned by the Chief Information Officer and/or Chief Technical Officer and/or Manger of Field Engineering Qualifications and Requirements: · 2-5 years industry experience required · College degree preferred · Reliable, prompt and willing to exceed customer expectations · Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional demeanor · Preparation of presentation materials and documentation · Ability to work independently and in a team environment · Ability to understand urgency of customers’ requests · Customer service and problem resolution skills · Must be detailed oriented · Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly in a fast paced environment · Must be able to occasionally work on-call, after-hours, over-time, holidays and travel outside of Colorado periodically, as requested · Participation in industry events, as appropriate · Must have a valid driver's license, reliable motor vehicle with valid proof of insurance · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Working Environment: · Onsite visits to mostly Denver metro based customers may take up 75% of your time · In house for 25% of the time helping other departments with escalation issues
