SALES DELIVERY COORDINATOR
Colandrea Buick-GMC has a fantastic growth opportunity in a team environment with great benefits, training and support for someone with great communication skills and understanding of the new or pre-owned automotive delivery process.
This person is responsible for introducing a new owner with their new vehicle.
Job Duties:
- Ensure the vehicle is properly prepped for delivery.
- Present the vehicle and products in an effective manner that ensures customer understanding. Demonstrate and review the vehicle features according to the manufacturer guidelines, and explaining the warranty features and relevant documents.
- Familiarize the owner with different dealership departments.
- Maintain a high degree of product knowledge.
- Any other related responsibilities as assigned by manager.
