About the role:

We are currently seeking a Sales Project Manager to join our team. The Sales Project Manager will be responsible for guiding client orders and multi-product projects through the implementation process. The individual will act as the primary customer interface from order submission to customer signoff and the order is pushed to billing. The Project Manager will be critical in gathering customer information necessary for the proper configuration of GeoLinks products and services, while providing critical updates to ensure expectations are clear and properly met. The Sales Project Manager will identify and resolve issues to ensure customers’ expectations our met.

A successful applicant will focus their efforts on ensuring the full scope of our sales cycle is completed. This position will be working with a variety of departments and will report to the Sales Director.


What you'll be doing:

  • Setting and conducting project kick-off calls with customer, officially starting the deployment process
  • Providing weekly updates and milestones to customers as the projects progress through the system
  • Accelerate the process by ensuring no aspect of an order sits idle longer than the allotted amount of time
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication on customer needs and priorities creating efficiencies
  • Full learning for our products and services
  • Ensure all project tickets are up to date with relevant details
  • Provide updates to sales reps on implementation process
  • Provide management a weekly report of backlogged projects, calling out any anticipated challenges or delays

 

Position Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, in both written and oral/verbal
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills are needed, with the ability to prioritize duties in the face of multiple projects/tasks and meet/beat deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills are needed to work effectively with individuals across different teams or even within the same team
  • A strong self-starter, that can manage their own schedules
  • Possession of good leadership attributes and ability to work as part of a team                                                                                            


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

·         Previous experience in project management, sales, customer service management, or other related fields

·         Strong Leadership qualities
