Location Information: Remote. This position may require up to 40% travel.

Wage Band
|
|
Salary Range:
Base salary of $120,000 annually, with the opportunity to receive variable compensation based on new business generation. Salary is ultimately determined by the scope of the position the candidate's relevant experience, and internal equity.

|
|
Job Summary
|
|
As our Midwest Regional Vice President (RVP) Partner Development, your primary responsibilities will be to recruit Financial Advisors in the upper mid-west territory. In addition to recruit Financial Advisors to partner and become a PlanMember Financial Center.
|
|
|
|
Major Duties and Responsibilities
|
- Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts to attract and onboard new Financial Centers within your region.
|
- Partner with VP Retail Sales & Recruiting to design and execute growth strategies and market expansion plans.
|
- Organize and host seminars, webinars, and networking events to engage prospective Financial Centers.
|
- Collaborate closely with Business Development Officers (BDOs) and the Recruiting Team to align and drive regional recruiting goals.
|
- Manage online recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed) to identify and connect with qualified Advisors.
|
- Build relationships with prospects through proactive outreach, scheduled meetings, and consistent follow-up.
|
- Understand and apply key business agreements and partnership models to effectively communicate PlanMember’s value proposition.
|
- Support and promote co-branding initiatives that strengthen partnerships with new Financial Centers.
|
- Coordinate regional marketing campaigns and prospect communications to generate qualified leads.
|
- Prepare weekly recruiting plans and performance updates to share progress and best practices.
|
- Research and develop new leads to expanding the recruiting pipeline.
|
- Build trusted relationships with recruits and guiding them through each step of the process and ensuring mutual success.
|

Qualification Standards Education, Licenses, Work Experience, Etc.
|
- Recruiting and/or sales experience is required
- Be familiar with the PlanMember proposition and be able to communicate with prospective Advisors
- Have a working knowledge of a CRM system such as Salesforce or Redtail
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years of experience within recruiting and/or wholesale within a broker/dealer, RIA or similar
