ACCOUNTING ADMIN

 


This is a full-time, year-round position. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable. You must possess strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently. A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills are essential, as this role involves working closely with vendors, clients, management, and staff.

 


Essential Job Functions

  • Perform administrative functions in a paperless environment.
  • Interact with management, employees, and vendors with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Complete assigned duties and projects within set deadlines.
  • Handle data entry.
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist with financial statement preparation.
  • Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed.
  • Adhere to Cyber Security Policies

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Basic bookkeeping experience – a MUST
  • Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, QuickBooks Enterprise, internet, UPS
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs.
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Read, comprehend, and write basic correspondence.
  • Effectively present information one-on-one or in small group situations.
  • Identifies and resolves problems promptly.
  • Balances team and individual responsibilities.
  • Punctuality and dependability are required.
  • Organization skills
  • Open to learn new skills and adapt to changing needs.

Pay Transparency

 $37,400 to $43,680

Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30 - 5:30  (1-hour lunch), rarely overtime
