Now IT Matters is seeking a full-time Director of Sales to join our team. We are looking for a highly adaptable, self-directed team player with a high capacity to navigate a rapidly evolving work environment. Are you resourceful, curious, collaborative, and creative? PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Coordinate outbound strategy to fill pipeline

  • Work with CEO and Client Manager to execute sales conversations using the Win Without Pitching methodology

  • Identify and establish necessary sales structures to realize long term success

  • Working with Marketing to develop inbound nurture strategy for qualified leads

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key prospects, clients, and partners

  • Supervise, mentor, and lead one direct report (Client Manager)

  • Interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, including Now IT Matters’ employees, vendors, and clients as well as employees and affiliates of Salesforce.org and other partners

  • Represent NiM at industry events and client events as requested


REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3+ years of experience selling services 

  • Experience with nonprofits, particularly nonprofit technology needs and decision-making

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (remote)

  • Professional and discreet; able to maintain confidentiality

  • Accepts and responds well to feedback; willing to admit and own mistakes and adjust performance accordingly

  • Dedication to client success

  • Internet access sufficient for remote work

 

NICE TO HAVE:
  • Experience selling in the Salesforce and/or Microsoft partner ecosystems

  • Experience working in the technology sector

  • Experience leading in nonprofits

  • Experience in Win Without Pitching methodology



LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English will be required. 


PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS
  • Extensive computer usage (up to 8 hours per day)

  • Ability to manage multiple apps and environments simultaneously with a moderate degree of task switching

  • Occasional weekend or evening work may be required

  • Travel may be required post-COVID.


    BENEFITS


    Full-time salary for this role is $90,000-100,000 per year plus quarterly bonus structure with base salary within that range depending on experience. Benefits available to eligible employees include insurance (for 30+ hours/week); 401k with 3% employer match (after one year at 20+ hours/week); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time; access to an EAP; and monthly office stipend.
