Now IT Matters is seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) Senior Business Analyst to join our Delivery team. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work effectively as an integral member of the Delivery team
Understand client needs, business use cases, and liaise with clients as needed to gather and define requirements,
Identify key decisions that impact the project outcome
Translate high-level technical solutions into detailed, delegatable tasks
Prepare user stories and maintain product backlog for Agile projects
Surface potential questions or obstacles with Delivery and client teams
Address client concerns and questions per platform best practices
Liaise with project manager to oversee project budget and timeline
Liaise between development team members to unblock technical issues and provide oversight
Complete a variety of project-related tasks including declarative developer configuration (click-to-configure); QA; documentation; training; reports and analytics
Interact with individuals at all levels including Now IT Matters’ employees, vendors, and clients as well as employees and affiliates of Salesforce.org and other partners
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years experience with Salesforce and/or MicrosoftDynamics
2+ years experience as a Business Analyst (especially conducting user interviews, identifying project requirements, and planning out the work needed to meet the users' needs)
Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodology
Strong communication and presentation skills (remote)
Strong delegation skills
Professional and discreet; able to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work with a diverse group of colleagues and clients
Accepts and responds well to feedback; willing to admit and own mistakes and adjust performance accordingly
Dedication to client success
Internet access sufficient for remote work
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with nonprofits, particularly nonprofit business processes
Experience using Project Management software to decompose, assign, and monitor tasks
Established presence in the Salesforce Trailblazer Community and Power of Us Hub
Salesforce or Microsoft certifications (Salesforce Admin, Nonprofit Cloud, App Builder or Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
Product Management experience at any level
PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS
Extensive computer usage (up to 8 hours per day)
Ability to manage multiple apps and environments simultaneously with a moderate degree of task switching
Occasional weekend or evening work may be required
Travel may be required post-COVID (less than 10% of time)

BENEFITS
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 per year. Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits available to eligible employees include insurance (for 30+ hours/week); 401k with 3% employer match (after one year at 20+ hours/week); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time; access to an EAP; and monthly office stipend.
