Job Title: Executive Producer

The XD Agency is seeking a dynamic, team player to join our team. The position is full-time. Salary aligned with experience.  Candidate must be willing to travel regularly, including weekends. Experience in financial services, tech, and automotive a must.

Locations: May be based on Atlanta, New York or San Francisco.

XDA Producer Responsibilities:

·         Work closely with other Senior and Executive Producers, and Account Director to assist in the management of projects to client standards.

·         Be comfortable in a client-facing role that involves direct collaboration with clients and an ability to lead development of project deliverables with limited oversight.

·         Work with core XDA team to manage the execution of project’s deliverables – to include creative, technical and production elements and staff (both internal and external) resulting in the successful completion of the project.

·         Ability to lead large and small experiential events and projects under a wide range of categories including but not limited to: product launches, customer facing events, road show driving tours, press events, concours events, employee events, meetings, communications for Executive Management and video production.

·         Have the ability to oversee development and work with vendors to facilitate digital production needs such as UX and functional development of microsites, registration sites, social media campaigns, etc.

·         Become proficient with XD Agency internal processes including building, tracking, and managing reconciliation of complex budgets; tracking project costs, client and vendor invoicing, and issuing of purchase orders.

·         Have a desire to learn and understand the client’s brand, objectives, and various departments within the company including researching and staying on top of new technology and industry trends on a daily basis and sharing insights with others within XDA – our industry moves incredibly fast and it’s the responsibility of everyone at the company to be able to offer cutting-edge solutions.

·         Strive to develop relationships inside and outside of XDA – ask questions and gain an understanding of resources inside and outside the company so when opportunities arise you have an understanding of what each person can bring to a project or opportunity and they know the same about you.

Qualifications

·         Over 10 years’ experience in producing events

·         Experience in automotive sector and with luxury brands

·         Team oriented, strong ability to bridge creative with production

·         Client facing production experience

·         Excellent written and oral communications

·         Thrives with tight deadlines and under pressure

·         Proficient multi-tasker and willingness to pitch in and do whatever it takes

·         Willing to provide support and take direction from superiors

·         Familiarity with managing and executing budget and proficiency in Excel

You will report to Head of Production.
