WHAT YOU’LL DO:

 

Leadership Abilities

  • Serve as the Strategy lead across projects — working in partnership with creative design, client experience, and production leads on mid-scale to large-scale projects

  • Drive best-in-class strategy that is emotionally resonant, scientifically-sound, and culturally relevant

  • Push the work forward through compelling creative briefs, science-informed strategies, and human-centered design

  • Brings a 360-degree experience strategy lens into their work — applying integrated marketing strategies to experience design in a way that elevates, amplifies, and extends beyond a moment in time

 

Strategic Excellence

  • Spearhead the development of emotionally-charged creative briefs that inspire breakthrough creative concepts and campaigns

  • Storyteller at heart with a keen eye for designing narrative tools i.e. experiential narrative arcs, red threads, campaign and messaging frameworks, content strategy blueprints, and story-driven audience journeys

  • Develop clear, compelling and actionable plans that align to experience design and integrated marketing strategies i.e. strategic POVs, go-to-market plans, measurement plans, channel plans, communication strategies, and influencer recommendations

  • Ability to creatively think about how neuroscience can be applied to designs and how it can fundamentally change how audiences experience the world around them

  • Deeply curious and attuned to audience, multicultural, digital, competitor, and experiential trends and can translate it into intellectual mischief

  • Ability to measure the success of a program with observation, measurement, auditing, and analysis

  • Comfortable and experienced with the facilitation and execution of client workshops

  • Partner with strategy peers and XDA Marketing Team in the creation of thought leadership materials on agency offerings and best practices

 

Communication / Initiative 

  • The guiding compass on projects who can confidently develop and communicate a clear, informed path forward when presenting work to creative teams and clients

  • The translator for all different opportunities and disciplines — interpreting everything into  an emotional-driven story and solution

  • A self-starter, leading the art of insight identification, and closely collaborating with creative teams to spark ideas that are rooted in emotion, science, and feeling

  • Should be able to deliver assigned strategy deliverables independently with little to no direction

  • Should be able to perform own necessary research — discerning between reputable and non-reputable sources of information

 

Valued Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or psychology

  • Familiarity with neuroaesthetics

  • Strong writer preferred

  • Experiential industry and integrated marketing background preferred

  • Experience with pitching and developing RFPs

  • Skilled and comfortable working in Apple Keynote, G-Suite, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word

  • Measurement background
