VECKTA is looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead the Product Management function and help accelerate the energy transition to a more distributed, affordable and low carbon future.

We are building a B2B Marketplace for high value energy systems, powered by the world-leading optimization technology at the intersection of FinTech and LegalTech. 

This is a critical role for VECKTA and ideal for an experienced Lead Product Manager who can hit the ground running and add value from Day 1, bringing best product management practices to the business.  You will lead and be responsible for the Product roadmap, and be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. 

Day to Day Operations

• Work with our customers, SMEs (subject matter experts), Founders, and our operations and marketing teams to deeply understand the needs of our existing and future customers, and translate these needs into priorities for Product, and the development of product roadmaps and detailed requirements.

• Partner with design and engineering and help lead the execution of product development, including the management of the Lead Designer and working closely with the Lead Engineer.

• Analyse and evaluate data, analytics and customer feedback to elicit value add features and UX to improve and grow the platform

• Become the trusted advocate and product resource for VECKTA.

• Analyse and report on key Product initiatives to the Founders and senior management.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a digital Product Manager working within an agile environment, with designers and engineers.  

• A proven track record of building and leading Product Management, and collaborating closely with stakeholders, design and engineering.

• High level of proficiency of evaluating feedback that translates to solving customer pain points.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with designers, engineers, business developers, customers, and executives.
