KCSA is seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations to add to our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with experience leading financial markets teams in an agency setting. The ideal candidate will be a master of investor relations handlings for both private and public companies, executes earnings materials and other messaging quickly and with a hawk-eye for detail, and is a seasoned leader of heavily matrixed teams.

Responsibilities:

Project managing various processes including preparing and reviewing the quarterly earnings release and supporting external-facing deliverables
-
Conceptualizing, leading, and overseeing the company’s participation in investor and analyst events such as conferences, meetings, non-deal roadshows

Monitoring analyst research and reviewing analyst estimates

Finalize quarterly documents (releases, scripts, Q&A, etc.)

Compile disclosures

Manage team, reviewing reporting and documents to ensure client-ready content
Requirements:

6-9 years prior IR agency experience

Experience managing teams
-
Expert of finance, financial statements and public company reporting requirements

Ability to lead client's financial communication strategy

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Diligent attention to detail

Preferably, exposure to / experience with CRM and Financial Research Systems including Ipreo and Thomson Reuters Eikon

Bachelor’s degree
