We are looking for the next Salesforce All-Star to join a growing New York based Salesforce Consulting Partner that thrives on bringing success to our clients. The ideal candidate displays a hunger to succeed, is personable, and demonstrates superior problem-solving skills. Applicant should have great project management, documentation, and client communication skills with one to two years of general work experience. Applicants should be highly motivated, organized, and ready to learn the ropes.

Primary Duties:

  • Manage project delivery to execute the full system development lifecycle.

  • Full migration and implementation plans that address both tactical and strategic needs of the client.

  • Follow best practices and standards to include software development practices, design styles and software deployment.

  • Follow Arkus organizational standards for all communication and documentation. 


Minimum Requirements:


  • BS/BA Degree from a nationally recognized university.


  • 1 year of full-time work experience.

  • 1 year of experience utilizing computer technology or college equivalent.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2 full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations.

  • 1 year of Project Management experience.

  • Current Salesforce.com Administration / Certification.

  • Financial Services and/or Non Profit experience.

  • Demonstrated business aptitude with the ability to translate practical business concepts into technical specifications.

  • Ability to quickly build rapport and gain the respect and cooperation of both technology and business leaders.

  • Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
