The Marketing Manager’s function is understanding people and building awareness about how our services can satisfy their needs. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager hungry to do this and more.
Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. They will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. Primary Duties:
Strategy Development and Implementation

Strategy Development: Create comprehensive B2B marketing plans aligned with company goals and objectives focusing on demand generation and generating marketing qualified leads.

Campaign Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels and leveraging internal support.

Digital Strategy: Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies.

Channel Management: Manage social media, email marketing, SEO, and other digital channels.

Market Research: Conduct research to understand target markets, competitors, and industry trends.

Event Marketing: Increase awareness and engagement for internal and external Arkus events, including marketing of the events and strategic follow-up efforts.

Content Creation: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content.

Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to track performance and identify trends and measure the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives.

Reporting: Prepare regular marketing reports.
Brand Management:

Brand Positioning: Oversight of strong brand identity and positioning.

Brand Messaging: Oversight of messaging across all marketing channels ensuring consistency.

Brand Awareness: Lead strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition.
Team Management:

Direct reports: This role will manage the Arkus marketing team.
Arkus Fundamentals:

Communication: Follow Arkus organizational standards for all communication and documentation. This includes both internal and external communications.

Meeting Best Practices: Respond to meeting requests, come prepared, and all meetings created contain agendas.

Asynchronous work: Plan your daily and weekly scrum across a transparent remote work environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Education:

BS/BA Degree from a nationally recognized university or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
-
3 years experience in digital marketing, demand generation, content creation, and marketing automation tools (Pardot, HubSpot, etc.)

3 years of experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.

2 years of experience managing a team.
Preferred Experience:

5 years experience in digital marketing, demand generation, content creation, and marketing automation tools (Pardot, HubSpot, etc.)

2 years of work experience working in the Salesforce products and services ecosystem, with the ability to articulate their value to clients.

Salary Range: 120k to 145k
