Program Manager Roles + Responsibilities
Manages approved client programs and projects from start to completion, including
budgets and timelines.
Partners closely with CLUTCH client success on day-to-day program implantation.
Drives a RACI model across all projects and programs, shifting through the lifecycle of the initiative.
Works directly with client counterparts in advancing approved projects and programs
Serves as an internal collaborator and integrator, ensuring the right internal resources are brought into projects at the right time.
Creates and updates project schedules and status reports to ensure deadlines are met and client is informed.
Works with both CLUTCH team members and outside contractors as needed, as an extension of CLUTCH team, to bring projects to life.
Works directly with client counterparts in advancing approved projects and programs.
Ensures highest level of quality in work as it progresses through the CLUTCH process.
Seeks opportunities to enhance programs and/or sell additional work to assigned clients.
Assists with workflow/assignments when projects move from Projects to Partners.
Required Skills + Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and/or commensurate experience
7-10 years of experience in a program manager and/or marketing role
Experience managing a wide variety of print and digital projects, preferred
Proficiency in programs such as the Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, Sharepoint and SalesForce
Strong attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time
Strong communication skills
