Duties:

The senior manager, lead generation, works within an integrated team, to develop and execute comprehensive B2B demand generation campaigns while nurturing leads across a variety of channels. Key responsibilities include:

·      Create/strategize/support digital programs that include SEM, email, retargeting, targeted social advertising and co-op marketing with external partners (including media and clients/customers of clients).

·      Work directly with client demand-gen leads and CLUTCH team to define and segment targets and build and implement campaigns.

·      Create campaign KPIs and work closely with CLUTCH team members in media, social and PR to create integrated campaign dashboards.

·      Work closely with CLUTCH content creators and developers to optimize user experience and campaign execution in real-time, aligning with campaign goals and desired results.

·      Provide ongoing monitoring of campaigns and funnel progression.

·      Work closely with clients and CLUTCH team to identify, develop and manage the nurture journey.

·      Drive audience segmentation and corresponding user / journey experience to facilitate funnel progression and maximize campaign results.  

·      Stay on top of trends and offerings related to digital marketing and relevant platforms/software.

Education + Experience Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related technical/field experience
  • 7+ years of digital marketing and/or lead generation campaign experience
  • Experience working within an integrated marketing team
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and campaign analytics tools
