Copywriter duties and expectations:

  • Concept, develop and realize strategic ideas, platforms and campaigns for a variety of clients, products and issues.
  • Write copy for a variety of mediums, including digital/social, radio, direct, outdoor, video and print.
  • Create and advance a voice/tone for client brands/products and CLUTCH.
  • Collaborate with CLUTCH team members across the company to elevate client work.
  • Effectively set up and present creative concepts.
  • Understand marketing and business strategy and how to bring both forward through the work.
  • Value the market and business perspective and experience of others and understand how they help inform and elevate the creative product.

Education and experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or commensurate experience
  • Five to eight years of experience in a marketing agency and/or internal marketing department
  • Experience writing for a variety of print, broadcast and digital efforts
