Reputation & Engagement Specialist Roles & Responsibilities
Support ongoing reputation and engagement projects on behalf of clients, including media relations, influencer relations, event management, industry partnerships, etc.
Facilitate development of client social media playbooks and content strategy.
Develop original written content in a variety of formats – social content, advertorials, news articles and releases, video scripts, etc.
Create and manage the execution of monthly social content calendars and content across digital media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Compile metrics reports for integration and analysis into client metrics reports.
Assist in research projects as assigned.
Monitor media coverage, content and results, and provide analysis as needed, for assigned clients.
Work across the CLUTCH business units to integrate expertise and experience in client reputation and engagement projects.
Help create presentation materials and project proposals/scopes of work as needed and participate in other new business opportunities as assigned.
Support CLUTCH promotional and new business efforts.
Proactively follow marketing communications trends, particularly related to social media and content strategy.
Provide input on weekly status documents.
Understand the CLUTCH business model and deliver results.
Work with Connections teammates to ensure a consistent approach to CLUTCH projects.
Skills & Experience
Strong writing skills
Social media content creation and community engagement
Familiarity of agriculture and/or food audiences as a plus
Understanding or experience ins social media paid advertising is a plus
Graphic design and/ or photography ability is a plus
Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time and work across multiple clients and projects
General interest in business
Experience in a team environment
