Summary:
Relying on systems knowledge and analytical skills, the Attractions Operations Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining all attractions/activities and ticket products, including providing some technical support and troubleshooting which can include analyzing and responding to issues with inventory, barcode integrations, reports, geo-codes, etc. Must be flexible in meeting changing business demands.
Responsibilities:

Support/project manage Attraction Sales Manager and Attractions Operations Manager in the effort to build out new products and offers, including new attractions partners, new ticket products, and special offers.

Document Attraction Department Workflows (Confluence)

Help facilitate resolution of customer service issues by working with aRes Travel Call Center Supervisors

Ticket Fulfillment
-
Ticket Refunds
-
Attraction and Ticket Inventory, Showtime, Image, Buildout, Content updates

Barcode Returns
-
Salesforce Updates (contacts, contracts, etc.)

Contract Management
-
Assist with Sales Operations Projects as needed
Requirements and Skills:

Strong organizational skills.

Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues over the phone.

Ability to handle & prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Applies fundamental travel industry marketing concepts, practices, and procedures.

Proficiency in Google Apps

Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.

Flexible team player with excellent cross-functional and interpersonal skills.

Ability to assess multiple systems and troubleshoot problems.
