The aRes Travel private-label booking engine transforms our partner's websites into an all-in-one travel portal. Integrated seamlessly with our partner’s existing website and branding, the platform allows for the promotion of hotels, activities, and the creation of customized travel packages encompassing every aspect of your customers’ travel needs.

The aRes Travel booking engine enables these websites to tap into one of the largest collections of travel products in the industry, including 90,000 hotels ranging from independent value-driven properties to large conference centers and resorts in major metropolitan cities. aRes Travel also e-tickets to more than 1,000 attractions, activities, tours, festivals, and events, 1,500 unique packages, 1,000 hotel deals, 450 airlines, and 25 rental car companies under contract.

Summary of Position:

The Interactive Marketing Manager, who reports to the VP of Business Development, is passionate about capturing market opportunities and bringing an analytical approach to understanding results. You demonstrate an exceptional acumen for executing marketing programs, leading marketing technology efforts, and overseeing data analytics. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-oriented marketing leader with a propensity for action to drive our marketing operation capabilities and the excellence of our organization.

Responsibilities:

      Create organic (unpaid) posts directing back to aRes Travels online properties for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

      Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies leveraging inbound and outbound digital marketing campaigns.

      Develops, plans, and executes aRes B2B and B2C marketing efforts through email, social media, and display advertising.

      Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

      Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer engagement across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

      Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.

      Collaborates with internal departments and external vendor partners to realize the company's goals.

      Evaluates emerging technologies.

      Provides thought leadership and perspective for the adoption and implementation of digital marketing strategies and tactics where appropriate.

Experience:

      Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field

      Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry

      Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns

      Working knowledge of email marketing and automation tools (Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, Active Campaign, 

      Solid knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, SEMRush, etc.)

      Working knowledge of ad serving tools including Google Ad Manager

      Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search and social media channels.
