We’re currently searching for a User Researcher who is passionate about systematically studying digital product users and can drive all phases of user research studies. In this role, you will uncover user motivations, behaviors, and attitudes and share your data-driven findings to help shape product strategy and improvements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with the larger team to understand research needs and develop research plans with clear objectives

  • Select appropriate qualitative and/or quantitative methods of data collection based on the questions, timeline, and resources 

  • Recruit targeted users as participants for user research studies

  • Conduct generative and evaluative user research (e.g. interviews, field studies, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing) to identify pain points and ensure the user experience is constantly improving

  • Analyze the data collected and extract actionable insights about user motivations, behaviors, and attitudes

  • Leverage proven tools and platforms to efficiently recruit participants, facilitate studies, organize data, and analyze findings

  • Compile, document, and present research findings to the larger team as clear and actionable insights to help shape product strategy and improvements

What You Have:

  • 5+ years of relevant user research experience with digital products

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating breadth and depth in evaluative and generative user research, including evidence of your research process and deliverables

  • Solid experience with mixed methods of user research and incorporating qualitative findings into quantitative measures

  • High level skills in understanding, analyzing, and interpreting complicated qualitative data

  • Strong background statistical analysis for quantitative research

  • Effective in verbal, written, and, interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work efficiently with the larger team in a collaborative environment

  • High level of proficiency with research tools and platforms

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience working with product development using agile methodologies
