We’re looking for a Manager of National Partnerships to join our growing team. The right candidate will help drive the growth of applicable national organizations utilizing the Peachjar platform; develop a network of contacts to attract new opportunities that provide beneficial programs for the child, the family, and the community.
Peachjar is headquartered in beautiful San Diego, CA. This position is remote within the U.S.
What You’ll Do:
Management of sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities
Identify companies/organizations who have potential to be using Peachjar to promote their products/services on a national level
Outreach to these companies/organizations with the goal of using Peachjar to reach a nationwide audience
Ability to clearly demonstrate the benefits of Peachjar and how Peachjar works via phone calls, video meetings, or in person at a conference
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Establish new metrics and goals to assess performance and drive continuous improvement
What You Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Minimum 5 years sales experience with a proven track record of success
Experience working with or in the non-profit, charity, and/or education industry
Ability to prospect and close new business through cold outreach
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and prospecting software (ZoomInfo)
Self-motivated team player who believes in the mission of Peachjar
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Be willing to adapt to change in a fast growing, dynamic company
Positively contribute to company culture, teamwork and morale
Ability to synthesize strategic and practical problems and work out those problems with your team
Able to identify issues, analyze and interpret data and develop innovative solutions for a variety of unusually complex problems using a high degree of independent judgment
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings to a variety of audiences including executive and senior management, senior external parties and government agencies
Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and guide others
The ability to effectively and efficiently initiate, plan, budget, and manage projects
Must be able to work on a self-initiated basis, work extended hours, and travel as required

Pay Rate:
$90,000 - $100,000 per year plus commission
