We’re looking for a District Success Manager to join our growing team. We’re looking for the right person to guide new districts through the on-boarding process with a high focus on retention thereafter.
Peachjar is headquartered in beautiful San Diego, CA. This position is remote within the U.S.
What You’ll Do:
Develop relationships with key stakeholders of districts with a customer-centered focus via phone, email and using a collaborative screen share tool such as Zoom and GoogleMeet.
Conduct meetings with newly contracted districts in a virtual environment to provide a detailed review of on-boarding activities in a timely and supportive manner to include account creation, system integration, training plans and communication to constituents; and ensure that the needs of the district were addressed in the sales process are met
Conduct training in a virtual environment with newly contracted districts to provide a thorough understanding of the Peachjar system, and overcome concerns to ensure they and their program providers are set up for success
Collaborate with the School Sales Team to address any district concerns and challenges throughout the on-boarding process
Provide support to the School Sales Team regarding questions, issues, concerns pertaining to their districts arise
Conduct on-going outreach calls with a focus on retention with existing customer base including ensuring that the needs of the district are met, sharing the value-add of additional Peachjar benefits, providing a clear understanding of how Peachjar compliments their existing communication tools, and asking appropriate questions to identify and address issues and concerns that the district's communication department is faced with
Utilize SalesForce to accurately manage, track and forecast district activities related to monthly school on-boarding and on-going updates, concerns and special circumstances
Continue to build and nurture active districts through proactive outreach to:
· ensure they are successful in attaining the goals that are important to them
· review performance and improvement opportunities
· provide additional training as needed for new staff and schools added to the district
Respond to inbound inquires in a timely manner
Work collaboratively and provide constructive feedback to the Product Development team as new products are developed, tested and released to ensure that system enhancements support district needs and Peachjar's growth
Champion Peachjar's vision for new product features and benefits through all communication with districts
Advocate for district needs through constructive communication to other departments
Collaborate with other departments to address district concerns and encourage district satisfaction
What You Have:
5 or more years of progressive customer support and account management experience preferred
Experience in working with technology departments on system integration and product development desired
Customer focused
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Be willing to adapt to change in a fast growing, dynamic company
Positively contribute to company culture, teamwork and morale
Able to identify issues, analyze and interpret data and develop innovative solutions for a variety of unusually complex problems using a high degree of independent judgment
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings to a variety of audiences including executive and senior management, senior external parties and government agencies
Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and guide others
The ability to effectively and efficiently initiate, plan, budget, and manage projects
Must be able to work on a self-initiated basis, lead in a team environment, work extended hours, and travel as required

Pay Rate:
$26.44 - $31.25 per hour
