We’re currently searching for an individual to cultivate and optimize relationships with new and existing K-12 program providers within a given territory through the illustration of Peachjar features and benefits.

What You’ll Do:

        Conduct all interactions via email, phone and video conference with a customer-centered focus and high degree of professionalism

        Make outbound calls to newly registered customers to explain the use, benefits, and best practices of the Peachjar platform

        Use CRM to manage, respond to, and track a high volume of inbound customer email inquiries, and to facilitate requests tailored to existing customer needs that may include, but are not limited to:

        Explain how Peachjar can contribute to an organization’s short- and long-term success

        Identify additional distribution opportunities to increase program participation

        Develop solutions to address challenges they may be experiencing with a digital flyer platform

        Review report metrics to discuss improvement opportunities

        Share best practices for flyer design and campaign distribution

        Achieve monthly sales goals

        Use online tools to research new potential program providers that fit within district customer criteria

        Collaborate effectively with other departments to support the company’s mission, vision, and strategy

        Travel up to 5% to company headquarters and / or to conferences

 

 

What You Have:


        3-5 years sales / phone / support / like-transferable experience

        Customer-centric mind-set, self-starter with ability to work independently

        Efficient and effective at multi-tasking

        Strong excel skills

        Experience with a CRM (knowledge of Salesforce, a plus) to manage customer support and or sales

        Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

        Technologically savvy

        Bachelor's degree preferred


Compensation = Base + Commission
