We’re currently searching for a digital Product Designer with a true passion for creating digital products that people love! As an ideal candidate, you have an immediate and obvious passion for turning complex problems into simple and engaging solutions. You will drive product design through collaboration with the whole company to produce intuitive end-to-end consumer experiences across a wide range of devices.

What You’ll Do:

  • Bring ideas to life from conceptualization to implementation through divergent and convergent collaboration

  • Validate the value, viability, usability, and feasibility of ideas to ensure high-quality implementation

  • Continually identify areas within the platform and apps that need improvement, provide recommendations, and collaboratively make refinements

  • Take a user-centered approach to design by driving user research, usability testing, and user analysis

  • Gather qualitative and quantitative data to inform team discussions and design decisions

  • Present and defend the vision and rationale behind design decisions to stakeholders and teammates

  • Facilitate collaborative design and aid discussions by mapping and sketching ideas

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teammates to rapidly iterate on designs based on user feedback, tech constraints, and market dynamics

  • Be a vocal advocate of the design system while evolving it through extension and adaptation

  • Partner closely with Marketing to ensure product styles and messaging are effective and stay on-brand

What You Have:

  • 4+ years of professional experience designing user interfaces for web platforms or apps 

  • A strong portfolio of digital solutions across multiple devices that highlights your approach to problem solving

  • A holistic approach to product design and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles

  • High proficiency in creating user interfaces through information, interaction, and visual design

  • Ability to clearly communicate design through a wide range of techniques and prototypes at varying levels of fidelity

  • A positive attitude, an open mindset, and an eagerness for feedback

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in an agile environment

  • Strong understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first design

  • Understanding of basic front-end languages and ability to work with technical constraints to create a unified experience across multiple devices

  • Experience building or contributing to a design system

What You May Also Have:

  • Experience facilitating design workshops or design sprints

  • Experience with motion design and related software

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and WCAG 2.0 level AA

  • Experience designing a Progressive Web App
