We are seeking an enthusiastic Data Entry Administrator who is business savvy and able to thrive in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Job Description

This individual's primary responsibility is to update and maintain customer data across multiple systems.

Major Responsiblities

·         Work in Salesforce and other technical platforms to complete mass uploads, run reports, organize information, manually add and delete information vital to the success of the company

·         Gather key contact and organizational information and enter it into Salesforce to provide Sales Teams with actionable leads prioritized to reflect magnitude of revenue opportunity

·         Database cleanup including reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data, managing and preventing duplication of data

·         Database pulls from outside sources, scrub and upload data for strategic initiatives

·         Develop and document standard operating procedures and process updates

·         Perform administrative duties as needed 

Required Skills & Qualifications

·         2+ years of professional work experience strongly preferred

·         Analytical mindset with ability to think critically and problem solve

·         Technologically-savvy, minimum 55 WPM typing speed

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required

·         CRM experience, knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus

·         Ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives

·         Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

·         High attention to detail, devotion to maintaining data and process integrity
