ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work in Salesforce and other technical platforms to complete mass uploads, run reports, organize information, manually add and delete information vital to the success of the company
  • Gather key contact and organizational information and enter it into Salesforce to provide Sales Teams with actionable leads prioritized to reflect magnitude of revenue opportunity
  • Database cleanup including reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data, managing and preventing duplication of data
  • Database pulls from outside sources, scrub and upload data for strategic initiatives
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures and process updates
  • Perform administrative duties as needed 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of professional work experience strongly preferred
  • Analytical mindset with ability to think critically and problem solve
  • Technologically-savvy, minimum 55 WPM typing speed
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
  • CRM experience, knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus
  • Ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail, devotion to maintaining data and process integrity
