ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in Salesforce and other technical platforms to complete mass uploads, run reports, organize information, manually add and delete information vital to the success of the company
- Gather key contact and organizational information and enter it into Salesforce to provide Sales Teams with actionable leads prioritized to reflect magnitude of revenue opportunity
- Database cleanup including reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data, managing and preventing duplication of data
- Database pulls from outside sources, scrub and upload data for strategic initiatives
- Develop and document standard operating procedures and process updates
- Perform administrative duties as needed
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of professional work experience strongly preferred
- Analytical mindset with ability to think critically and problem solve
- Technologically-savvy, minimum 55 WPM typing speed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
- CRM experience, knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus
- Ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, devotion to maintaining data and process integrity
