Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to both apparel and promotional products. You will play a key role in providing exceptional service, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email, regarding both apparel and promotional products.
  • Assist customers with product selection, customization options, pricing inquiries, and order processing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide proactive communication to customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and any potential delays.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving for a resolution that exceeds expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

Qualifications:
