Since 2019, CollegeAPP - The Adult Prospect Pipeline, has been a fast-paced, fast-growing Education Technology company serving higher education institutions and workforce development programs in the United States. Our proprietary platform is used by nearly 300 colleges and universities to identify adult learners with “intent to enroll” in more education, allowing these client-schools to narrow their focus to just these high-intent individuals, thereby reducing marketing and recruiting costs.
The Role:
CollegeAPP is looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Digital Marketing Associate to join our Digital and Marketing Services team. This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, data strategy, and client engagement. The Digital Marketing Associate will support the planning and execution of paid media campaigns by guiding clients on use of CollegeAPP data, advising on audience creation and tracking campaign performance to ensure strategic alignment and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day communication and coordination for assigned client relationships, ensuring day-to-day satisfaction and strategic alignment.

Develop deep expertise in the CollegeAPP database, including its proprietary data, modeling methodology, and differentiation from other adult learner recruitment tools.

Lead client training sessions on all platform functions, including campaign audience creation, data analysis tools, and reporting features, while sharing best practices for optimal use.

Collaborate closely with the Partner Experience team to align on client goals, support retention strategies, and ensure seamless communication and execution across teams.

Advise clients on audience segmentation and campaign strategy using CollegeAPP data.

Maintain and strengthen collaborative relationships with external partners such as Meta, Google, and third-party advertising/media agencies.

Apply digital marketing best practices to support data-informed campaign development, leveraging CollegeAPP insights for performance-driven execution.

Actively manage and nurture client engagement, including the promotion of platform features, company updates, and campaign optimization strategies.

Oversee client access and usage of the CollegeAPP database, ensuring compliance, performance tracking, and knowledge-sharing across internal teams.

Support occasional business development efforts by demonstrating the CollegeAPP database, explaining our methodology, and sharing relevant use cases based on client experience.
Qualifications:

At least 2 years in a digital marketing role (e.g., Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator)

Associate's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field

Proven understanding of digital campaign strategy, audience targeting, and performance metrics

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads

Experience with the Higher Education market

The base salary range for this position has been established at $60,000 - $70,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
