We’re seeking a Client Strategy Director—a seasoned, collaborative leader who will serve as the primary guide for key pharmaceutical partnerships. Key Responsibilities

Act as the strategic anchor for major pharmaceutical and biotech client accounts—setting direction, solving problems, and ensuring smooth delivery across workstreams

Lead multi-phase, multi-stakeholder projects from planning through execution, maintaining clear momentum and quality throughout

Develop and manage custom project timelines, anticipating needs and mitigating challenges before they arise

Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive sound decision-making

Collaborate across internal teams—Insights, Research, Business Development, Creative—to bring the right people and thinking to the table

Identify opportunities for organic growth and long-term partnership expansion

Represent I3 Strategy with professionalism and personality at client meetings, workshops, advisory boards, and industry events

Stay sharp on emerging trends within the pharmaceutical ecosystem, bringing timely insights to client conversations
What Sets the Ideal Candidate Apart

10+ years in pharmaceutical consulting, life sciences strategy, or healthcare advisory, ideally with hands-on experience in both Market Research and Clinical Research

Deep knowledge of the pharma product lifecycle—from early-phase clinical through launch and post-commercialization

Adept at navigating ambiguity, aligning cross-functional teams, and building trust across all levels of a client organization

Strong communicator with a talent for turning technical data into clear, compelling narratives

Skilled in balancing big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution

Physical Demands
This is a remote-first role with approximately 15–30% travel required.
