About Us
i3 Strategy Partners is a mission-driven pharmaceutical consulting firm working to expand healthcare access through innovative strategies and community-centered outreach. We collaborate with clients to build stronger internal systems that support clinical trial recruitment, health education, and commercialization efforts.
By connecting historically overlooked communities with essential medical resources, we help ensure that life-changing treatments reach the people who need them most. Through trust-building, education, and strategic partnerships, we drive lasting impact across the healthcare landscape.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Medical Community Engagement Liaison to lead relationship-building efforts with healthcare providers, clinical trial investigators, and medical professionals. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary connection between our community outreach initiatives and the broader clinical research and healthcare provider network.
The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the clinical trial process, patient recruitment strategies, and the unique barriers faced by underrepresented populations in accessing research opportunities. You will collaborate with Principal Investigators (PIs), research coordinators, and healthcare stakeholders to drive physician engagement, increase clinical trial awareness, and support community-based health education programs.
This is a highly collaborative position that blends strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to community connection. You’ll act as a trusted liaison between our internal outreach team and external medical partners to ensure alignment on program goals and clinical trial site engagement.
We’re looking for someone who can:

Engage with healthcare professionals to support clinical trial participation and health initiatives
-
Understand and navigate the clinical research landscape
-
Translate community needs into meaningful medical conversations
-
Build authentic, professional relationships grounded in trust and shared goals
This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for community engagement in healthcare, and the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external medical partners.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Engagement & Trial Support
-
Build and maintain strategic relationships with clinical trial sites, Principal Investigators (PIs), research coordinators, and clinical operations teams to enhance patient recruitment and boost clinical trial visibility

Community Outreach, Education & Advocacy
-
Collaborate with treating physicians in high-priority therapeutic areas to share information on clinical research opportunities, disease-specific programs, and patient education resources
-
Support culturally competent community engagement strategies that are relevant to both healthcare professionals and target patient populations, especially in historically marginalized communities
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
-
Represent the organization at medical conferences, industry networking events, and community health forums, enhancing visibility and credibility among clinical and public health leaders
-
Facilitate collaboration with healthcare providers, pharmacists, and health system stakeholders to drive alignment between research initiatives and community health priorities
Data Collection & Insights Management
-
Track and analyze engagement metrics, including physician participation, site responsiveness, and event outcomes to measure program effectiveness
-
Identify and communicate barriers to trial recruitment, community-level challenges, and access-to-care gaps, contributing actionable insights for continuous improvement
