We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager/Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will oversee change management processes and incident resolution for our client's members (cities/agencies), ensuring smooth operations and effective communication among stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating change requests, managing incident tickets, and maintaining a user-friendly portal that serves as a vital resource. You will collaborate with vendors and city representatives to prioritize and address issues, facilitate meetings, and provide training to enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Management: Maintain a catalog of changes, coordinate development and review of Change Requests (CRs), and track progress from development to production.
- Incident Management: Monitor and prioritize trouble tickets submitted by members (cities/agencies), ensuring timely resolutions.
- Portal Maintenance: Update FAQs, rate tables, and user guides; manage certificate renewals and notify cities of system downtime.
- Meeting Facilitation: Organize monthly outreach and status meetings, as well as portfolio meetings to prioritize projects.
- Training: Provide training sessions for new personnel and demonstrate the portal to prospective members (cities/agencies).
- Record Maintenance: Update and maintain documentation on the Agency SharePoint server.
- Reporting: Document processes using MS Office tools and explore reporting enhancements with Power BI.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of five (5) years significant experience working in Project Management or as a Business Analyst. Related certifications.
- Expertise with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, OneNote, Visio, SharePoint, Power BI, and Teams.
- Ability to adapt to changes in course while maintaining productivity. Ability to plan, organize and keep up with multiple projects and multiple project deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with leadership and all project(s) stakeholders.
