We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to join our team, onsite in Albany, NY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing a comprehensive technology strategy and roadmap for our client's statewide fleet management operations, while also ensuring the seamless operation of daily tasks using the industry's leading software platform and tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to fostering collaboration among team members. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Governance: Oversee the execution of fleet management programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to plan for success and measure the value delivered by ongoing initiatives.

  • Change Management: Lead ongoing user training efforts to enhance system adoption and proficiency. Manage change documentation to ensure that all updates are communicated effectively, minimizing disruptions to operations.

  • System Administration: Monitor and maintain operational reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and relevance. Regularly manage and update dashboards to provide real-time insights into fleet performance and operational metrics.

  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of hardware and related assets, ensuring optimal resource availability. Develop strategies for efficient inventory control to support fleet operations.

  • Operational Efficiency: Continuously assess and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. Recommend strategic product enhancements that align with evolving business needs and industry standards, contributing to improved reporting accuracy and overall system performance.
