Job Overview:
As a Commission-Only Outbound Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and setting up meetings with our leadership team. This role is perfect for self-starters who thrive in a commission-based environment and are eager to maximize their earnings through hard work and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads and contact lists.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our Salesforce or Google Docs.
- Collaborate with leadership team to share insights and strategies for improving outreach.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Compensation:
