About the Position

Calvert Impact has an expanding impact investment product platform, and works with over 7,500 investors and their financial professionals to get capital working to address pressing social and environmental challenges. We seek a colleague experienced in working with a mix of family offices, corporations, insurance companies, foundations, and endowments to help grow their understanding of our offerings and the impact investing industry. This role will be critical to growing our investment programs, and require a mix of skills including relationship management, marketing, sales, customer service, and strategic partnerships. We seek a highly-motivated, service-oriented professional excited by Calvert Impact’s products and impact.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as a primary point of contact for institutional investors and financial professionals about Calvert Impact’s investment programs and impact

· Develop and manage institutional relationships through consistent outreach, engagement, and customer service

· Manage institutional due diligence requests and reporting

· Leverage proprietary software and Salesforce to ensure relationships and investments are properly administered

· Develop Calvert Impact Capital’s industry positioning and educational reach

· Support new product development and business intelligence across the Calvert Impact family of organizations

· Contribute to strategic communication, content development, and external meetings/events

· Contribute to customer and industry service-oriented culture and operational excellence

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate brings:

· A demonstrated commitment to impact investing and Calvert Impact’s mission

· At least 7 years of professional institutional relationship management and business development experience, including with family offices, corporates, insurance, foundations, and endowments

· Knowledge of public and private investment products/markets, and an active Series 63/66 license or willingness to study for one

· Proven management capabilities, including ability to be both strategic and consistently execute on work plans

· Strong written and verbal communication and public presentation skills to a variety of audiences

· Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through

· A collaborative, team-first attitude

· Systems and process-minded, with Salesforce and Microsoft Office experience preferred

· Ability and desire to travel up to 33% of the time
