Climate United will use funding from the EPA under the Inflation Reduction Act to rapidly deploy low- and zero-emission products, technologies, and services to all American communities in order to (1) reduce GHG emissions and other forms of air pollutants; (2) bring direct benefits to American communities in the form of energy security, energy savings, cleaner air, and quality jobs; and (3) transform the capital markets so they can drive an equitable clean energy transition at scale. Job Description:
Climate United is seeking a full-time Senior Officer, Executive Administration . This role will serve as a critical support to the CEO and will be a versatile utility player within the organization. The Senior Officer, Executive Administration will assist with a range of operational tasks, ensuring the CEO can focus on strategic priorities while maintaining effective communication and coordination across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to foster a culture of excellence, ensuring robust internal systems and an innovative approach to the clean energy transition.

Support the organization of events, conferences, and speaking engagements for the CEO.

Facilitate effective communication with the Board of Directors, providing updates on internal policies, procedures, and progress against strategic objectives.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing strategic schedules, communications, and logistics.

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes, ensuring all necessary materials are distributed in advance.

Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents required for meetings and external engagements.

Facilitate communication between the CEO and various stakeholders, including team members, Board members, and external partners.

Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.

Conduct research and compile information to aid decision-making and strategic planning.
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in community and/or climate finance, with a strong background in operational leadership.

Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale partnerships and balance diverse stakeholder needs.

Experience on teams in financial services, compliance, and operations, with a focus on building and supporting organizational capacity.

A strong commitment to the mission of Climate United and a passion for justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Demonstrated ability to manage and cultivate large-scale partnerships, effectively balancing the diverse needs of stakeholders while driving alignment towards common goals. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to generate high-quality presentations and content for internal and external audiences
